Refunds
Refunds are permitted, only if requested PRIOR to the second class in the session. A $25 processing fee will be charged for all refunds.
Make up policy
Classes missed for any reason may be made up by attending the same class during the next time the classes are offered. For example, if you missed Class 3 ("Bath and Body"), you will be able to make up the Class 3 the next time it is offered. Please see our website (classes page) for schedule and let me know in advance when you will be attending. For each six classes ONE make up class can be rescheduled.
Sick child policy
Out of concern for all children present, PLEASE do not come to class if you or your child is sick.

Holidays
SignShine will honor major legal holidays. Please call in advance for holiday closing information.
Payment
Please make check or money order payable to "SignShine" write your child's name and class on the check. Payment in full must be received prior to the start of class. There is a $30 processing fee for returned checks. Your spouse, caregiver or other family members may join the class. $30 fee for entire class.
In class
Please do not bring your own toys. We will provide your child with toys.
Second time mommies may not bring older siblings to class.
Videos or photos are allowed only during music and movement in the last 5 minutes of the class.
